If your organisation has 2FA enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app or the code sent to your email.

Choose a strong password
Passwords must be at least 12 characters and contain a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- 3
Confirm and save
Type your new password twice to confirm and click Save Password. You will be taken to your dashboard.
Exploring the interface
Once you reach your dashboard, you will see three main areas:
- Left sidebar: Module navigation. Click a section to expand it. The active page is highlighted with a green indicator.
- Top bar: Your organisation name on the left, and your account avatar on the right. Click the avatar to access profile settings, notifications, and sign out.
