Common questions

Do reports update automatically or do I have to run them?

Reports run on demand and reflect the current state of your data at the time you run them. You can also schedule reports to generate automatically, for example, a weekly batch performance summary every Monday morning. Scheduled reports can be delivered by email or stored in the report archive.

Can I get a batch profitability report?

Yes. The batch performance report includes the full cost breakdown per batch (feed, health, labour, overheads) matched against sales revenue. You can run it for closed batches to see final margin, or for active batches to see projected margin based on costs accumulated so far.

What financial statements does Livestork produce?

Livestork produces a profit & loss statement, trial balance, balance sheet, accounts receivable aging, and accounts payable schedule. All are generated from the live general ledger, the same data your accountant or auditor would review.

Can reports be exported and shared with investors or auditors?

Yes. PDF export produces a formatted, printable version of any report. The generated PDF includes the report date, period, and your organisation name. Financial statements exported in this way are suitable for sharing with banks, investors, or external auditors.
