Is the dashboard data live or does it refresh on a schedule?
The executive dashboard displays live data. Every KPI reflects the current state of your operational records at the moment you view it, not a snapshot from a batch process. There is no refresh button; the values are always current.
Can I configure which KPIs appear on my dashboard?
Yes. Livestork offers 14 KPI widgets across operations, finance, and inventory. Each user can choose which widgets appear on their dashboard and in what order. The configuration is per-user; your CFO may prioritise AR aging and cash position while your operations director focuses on FCR and mortality.
How do smart alerts work?
You configure threshold values for any KPI that supports alerting, for example, average FCR above 1.90 or any batch mortality above 3%. When operational data crosses the threshold, an alert is created. Alerts appear in the dashboard alert panel and can be sent as in-app notifications. Alerts clear automatically when the metric returns within range.
Can an investor or board member access just the executive dashboard?
Yes. Livestork's role-based access control allows you to create a read-only executive viewer role. Users with this role can view the dashboard, KPI trends, and high-level reports without accessing operational records, financial transactions, or sensitive staff data.
